REFUND POLICY

1. Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

  • Multiple times debiting of Candidate Card/Bank Account/ Paytm wallet due to technical error OR Customer’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the customer.
  • Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Customer Card/Bank Account/ Paytm wallet. but the enrolment for the examination is unsuccessful.

2. If the claim is found valid, the amount received will be refunded through electronic mode in favor of the applicant within a period of 7-10 calendar days

CANCELLATION POLICY

It's in the Contract

As a general rule customer shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, Videotex shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 100.

The written extended warranty service contract spells out the steps you need to take to cancel. Customers may cancel his/her LED Extended Warranty through mobile application with 24 Hours from date of purchase only. The amount you get back is based on the transaction charges, which will further reduce the refund amount.

Put it in Writing

In all cases, an extended warranty cancellation must be in writing. The warranty T&C states how to submit the cancellation. In Videotex App, go into Terms & Conditions section and download the “Cancellation Form”. Fill all the details mentioned in the form and send by courier on the address mentioned in the form with cancel cheque & Invoice copy. Also, send the soft copy of form on mail id support1@videotexindia.com and support@videotexindia.com

Waiting Time

Expect it to take several days for the cancellation request to be completed and your refund to be issued within 10 days of submission of document. The service department carries the responsibility to submit your cancellation request and follow up on the status. Where Your Refund Might Go

The money will be sent to your Bank/Paytm account directly or amount may be refunded by cheque.
